About this Workshop:

The fear of disappointing others or feeling obligated to keep everyone happy can go too far.

It can leave us feeling exhausted, not good enough, undervalued, and out of touch with our own feelings and human needs. Through self- discovery journaling, sharing, therapeutic tools, and meditative practices, you can begin to move out of fear and into balanced and compassionate boundary keeping.

What You Can Expect:

In this workshop, you can expect to learn about the foundations of compassionate boundary setting and how to work with them in your daily life. Being kind and helpful to others is a wonderful virtue. Yet, it can also become imbalanced and hurtful when driven by fear, limiting beliefs and old coping habits.
