Regina Flanigan, LCPC

Regina is a practicing therapist and has been since graduating from the Johns Hopkins School of Community Counseling in 2001.   Her education and life experience is rooted in contemporary psychology, mindfulness and insight, and contemplative traditions that emphasize the transformative power of awareness, curiosity, wisdom and love. Regina is a co-founder of the Center for Mind Body Therapies in Frederick, Maryland, where she continues to offer an integrative counseling approach for adults, couples and groups. She is a Certified Mindfulness Teacher, trained by Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield.
