I began meditating in order to alleviate my stress and depression. It changed my life, and for many over years I have been teaching meditation to people just like you the same meditation skills I used to calm my anxiety and cope with my stress.

I offer a five week training program for beginners that introduces you to the foundations of meditation: relaxation & focus, mindfulness & your body, loving-kindness & compassion, and coping with difficult emotions.

If you need more directed personal connection, we can work together to develop a custom plan based on your needs.

In addition to Introduction to Meditation course, I also teach the Beyond The Introduction to Meditation course, which is an introduction into the Four Foundations of Mindfulness.

My drop-in meditation classes are offered Monday through Friday at Noon via Zoom.

I offer an in-person class at the Middletown Branch Library on Thursday evenings from 6-7pm.
