Private Meditation Classes
With Heather Stang, MA, C-IAYT
By Appointment At The Frederick Meditation Center
$95 for 60 minutes (Up to 2 People)
I started to meditate after a nurse practitioner told me I needed to “get a grip” on my stress. It changed my life, and for over 15 years I have taught people just like you the same meditation skills I used to calm my anxiety and cope with stress. I offer a four week training program for beginners that introduces you to the foundations: relaxation & focus, mindfulness & your body, loving-kindness & compassion, and coping with difficult emotions. We can also work together to develop a custom course based on your needs. In addition to Meditation for Beginners, I offer Meditation for Grief, based on my best-selling book, Mindfulness & Grief. The sooner you get started, the sooner you will experience results. Let’s get started!
