I started to meditate to alleviate on my stress and depression. It changed my life, and for over years I have taught people just like you the same meditation skills I used to calm my anxiety and cope with stress. I offer a four week training program for beginners that introduces you to the foundations: relaxation & focus, mindfulness & your body, loving-kindness & compassion, and coping with difficult emotions. We can also work together to develop a custom course based on your needs. In addition to Meditation for Beginners, I also teach a Friday Night Heart Practices Meditation class.
