Frederick Meditation Center Special Events & Classes

Welcome to the Frederick Meditation Center, A Community for Compassion & Insight

The Frederick Meditation Center offers a variety of donation-based meditation classes and workshops designed to help you cultivate peace, compassion, and equanimity. We welcome all people, and offer teachings that will help you reduce the anxiety and stress that comes from simply being human. Our mission is to help cultivate a community of awakened hearts and minds.  If you are new to meditation don’t worry – we were new once too – and will take the time to make you feel welcome and safe. We are located in downtown Frederick above The Tasting Room at 1 West Church Street, 3rd Floor.
