I designed this special Yoga for Divorce Group based on my Yoga for Grief group, however this group is tailored for relationship and role losses, such as divorce, separation, break-ups, incarceration of a loved one, job loss, loss of home, etc. (If you are experiencing grief related to the death of a loved one or are care-giving for a person with a terminal diagnosis, please visit the Yoga for Grief group page.)
Yoga for Divorce & Relationship Loss will not only help you heal your mind, body and spirit, but you will learn and grow from witnessing other peoples stories, and begin to make sense of your own life again. If you are feeling stuck or are suffering, yoga for loss will help you create movement in your life and open you up to the powerful potential you already have inside!
You do not need any yoga or fitness experience, and you will be invited to move at your own pace, both physically and emotionally, and have the opportunity to share your story while being witnessed by compassionate group members. All spiritual beliefs are welcome and respected.
The group includes:
- 8 weekly meetings that run approximately 1 ½ to 2 hours
- 1 private Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy session with Heather
- Heather’s Audio CD for home practice
