Deepen your meditation practice with this hybrid mindfulness meditation book club / meditation group! Here’s how it works: We pick a book. We each read a chapter from that book. We gather once a week to practice the methods from the book and discuss how it relates to our life.

While this book club does meet in person, we also have a forum on Goodreads.com. If you are not able to make it to the space, or live outside of Frederick, MD, you can still join us!
