Dear Friends,

This group aspires to be a caring and healing space that supports the cultivation of mindfulness, wisdom and the heart perfections. Heart perfections include generosity, compassion, wisdom, patience, gratitude and equanimity.

We meet two times per month on the first and third Sundays. There is also a weekly morning class each Wednesday at 7:30 a.m. for one half hour.

The class is led by certified mindfulness teacher and therapist, Regina Flanigan.

CLASS FORMAT

The general format for our session is:

  • 20-30 minute meditation with theme and light guidance
  • 10 minute brief talk or reflection
  • Sharing, Q & A
  • Final sit to close

About Regina Flanigan, LCPC

Regina, is a certified mindfulness teacher and a 2019 graduate of the MMTCP program led by Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield. She has been involved in the integration of eastern contemplative traditions, western psychology and mind-body therapies for more than 20 years. She is a practicing therapist.
