About This Group:
Grow the Inner Skills You Need for Living and Loving Well
This sitting and practice-oriented group meets every Sunday except for seasonal breaks in the summer and winter. The class usually consists of two meditation periods, a brief talk, a reflection or meditation guidelines. There is also time for group sharing and questions to encourage a sense of community and belonging.
To offer a welcoming and caring space that reminds us to be aware of what is going on—in our own mind and bodies, in our relationships and in the world around us. From this starting point, we can begin to pause and respond to our lives with more emotional balance, wisdom and loving kindness.
About Regina Flanigan, LCPC
Regina is a certified mindfulness meditation teacher and was a student of Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield’s program for two years.
