Evening Meditation: Mindfulness of Sound

About This Class

Practicing meditation has been shown to relieve stress and reduce anxiety while improving mental wellness and brain health.

How can listening to singing birds, a car passing by, the whirring of a fan, or the sound of breathing with mindful attention and curiosity serve as an invitation to the present moment, here and now?

Drop in on the third Thursday of each month to practice Mindfulness of Sound by tuning in and paying attention to the sounds that surround us.

After meditating together there will be time to process how the practice of active listening in relationships at home, at work, and in solitude can transform the quality of our connections in life.
