Healthy Living Through Habit Change (Workshops)

About These Workshops

Have you found you struggle to your pre-pandemic habits back on track?
You’re NOT alone!
If you’ve found yourself with added weight, anxiety or decreased
energy over the past year and you want to find a different way to be:
Join me for a virtual lunchtime workshop!

This last year has tested us all in so many ways.  The new normal has taken its toll on our relationships with those we work with, live with and play with.  Life is busier than ever as we navigate endless zoom calls, home schooling, work deadlines and maintaining some sense of normalcy with our loved ones. Perhaps your new norm found you in front of the refrigerator or pantry more often than ever before. Perhaps you’ve put on a few extra pounds. Or maybe it’s all just so exhausting and you’ve thrown in the towel! Does any of this sound familiar?

Together, in these monthly workshops, we’ll cultivate awareness of and discover how to renew our relationship with a specific topic. This begins with a focused attention on tiny habits and how you can make big changes in your life. You’ll come away with new tools and a better appreciation of yourself and your habits.

Would you like to change your life through a better understanding of how tiny habits can lead to big changes?
