Mindful Eating Workshop

This Class is Offered for $45.

About This Workshop:

Join me December 5th from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM for an afternoon dive into the practice of mindful eating.

What is mindful eating? Have you ever found yourself in front of the refrigerator, unsure of why you’re really there? Have you ever found yourself hungry after you’ve eaten a meal? Perhaps you have an aversion to food because of allergies or illness. Maybe you’re so busy, you don’t give food a second thought? Perhaps you’ve put on weight and don’t know where to start in the journey or removing that unwanted weight.
Whatever your reason, I hope you’ll join me for a fun and informative afternoon. This is a supportive environment for anyone curious about how mindfulness can affect eating habits. Attendees will evaluate their personal eating practices and explore the concept of mindful eating. Attendees will learn tools and techniques for how they can incorporate mindful eating practices into their own lives.
Please bring an appetite, your lunch or small snack, a journal and pen.
