The first step towards managing your stress is understanding where it comes from and how you react to it.
If you have a scheduled private/couples session, please fill out the Stress Management Survey (Word DOC) for each participant and bring it to your first appointment.
You may also fill out the Stress Management Survey when you arrive for your appointment. Just ask the receptionist for a copy!
