Like us, each person we interact with or pass on the sidewalk has their own hardships and burdens to carry. Compassion practice invites you to look at everyone, even strangers, through the lens of kindness and care.
Try this each day: As you pass people on the sidewalk, at work, or in the grocery store, mentally send them well wishes. You may catch yourself smiling involuntarily!
