Writing to Wholeness (Drop-In Class)

About This Class

Writing to Wholeness is a meditative writing and reflection class that will bring to the surface your true life desires: your ambitions, your dream, and your attributes. You will be guided to explore the obstacles keeping you from your life desires and then guide you in a visualization writing activity designed to help you bring your life desires to fruition.
This is a drop in class offered from 7 pm to 8:15 pm on:
May 11 and 25
June 8 and 22
July 13 and 20
August 3 and 31.
Each class will offer a fresh new topic to explore.

What You Can Expect

You can expect an hour of writing and sharing and learning. You can expect community and healing and realization from you visualizations.

All sessions would begin with a breathing exercise, lasting about one-two minutes.

I will establish that this is a safe place to explore and set intentions, write, and even share, if inclined. In order to do this, I will instruct on mouth/nose cleansing breaths as I share my ideas about the power of words to heal. I wrote my masters’ thesis on this subject and combined literature, religion, history, and sociology to explore how words heal past hurts and create an avenue for healing and wholeness. I will speak of my findings, that words and community, when combined, heal. I will then move into the writing prompt.

Please Register for the classes you would like to attend.

Zoom Link will be sent with the registration confirmation.
