What to Expect

We might have heard about the fight-or-flight stress response but did you know that your body has the natural ability to cultivate peace and wellness? Accessing this superpower is easy when you have the right tools!

Join certified mindfulness meditation teacher, Ray Manyoky, for these fun sessions that will teach you how to relax your body and become more present so you can live a full and happy life.

Designed for people new to meditation as well as those who wish to dust off an old practice! We will start with a meditation practice and explore the ways a regular meditation practice can help you manage day to day anxiety and stress.

You will also learn how to create your own home-practice, apply what you learn to real life situations. There will also be time for Question & Response or Discussion.

About Your Meditation Instructor

Ray is a certified mindfulness meditation teacher (MMTCP). He began meditating in 2015 as a way to alleviate his depression and anxiety. Meditation, the Dharma and the Sangha have become the foundations of his life. Mindfulness has taught Ray how to slow down, to not hold things too tight or too loose, and to truly be in-tune with his body. The ability to have present moment awareness, wisdom, compassion, and the courage to hold these felt-sense feelings can be transformational and liberating.Learn More About Ray Manyoky….
