About Your Meditation Instructor

Ray is a certified mindfulness meditation teacher (MMTCP). He began meditating in 2015 as a way to alleviate his depression and anxiety. Meditation, the Dharma and the Sangha have become the foundations of his life. Mindfulness has taught Ray how to slow down, to not hold things too tight or too loose, and to truly be in-tune with his body. The ability to have present moment awareness, wisdom, compassion, and the courage to hold these felt-sense feelings can be transformational and liberating.Learn More About Ray Manyoky….
