July 4th Outdoor Yoga and Meditation

Join us for a morning of Yoga and Meditation

Let’s celebrate America and our melting pot of diversity by sharing a practice with the broader downtown Frederick Yoga & Mindfulness Community! We’ll meet at the bell tower in Baker Park to merge with downtown’s Luna Yoga, Sol Yoga & the Frederick Meditation Center for all practices. Social distance will be honored.

Join us for any or all of these events, but please register for each section independently, and make donations for each segment separately. Registration link for all events is below.

About Your Meditation Instructor:

Ray began meditating in 2015 as a way to alleviate his depression and anxiety. Meditation, the Dharma and the Sangha have become the foundations of his life. Mindfulness has taught Ray how to slow down, to not hold things too tight or too loose, and to truly be in-tune with his body. The ability to have present moment awareness, wisdom, compassion, and the courage to hold these felt-sense feelings can be transformational and liberating. Learn More About Ray Manyoky….
