How This Class Works:

Join us in establishing a caring community of friends who wish to engage in ongoing meditation and contemplative practice. The intention of this group is to explore teachings and practices that help us embody a more wakeful life.

The weekly group will generally include some combination of:

  • Two meditation periods
  • A brief talk or contemplative question about particular topics
  • Discussion

This group is best suited for people with some introductory training in mindfulness and insight-oriented practices. Chairs and cushions are provided.
