I have experienced the healing capacity of meditation, both firsthand and as a witness for others. I think it is the only thing that really heals – deep lasting change.

Adam began his meditation practice about twenty years ago, and has been teaching for five years. An affiliate teacher with the Insight Meditation Community of Washington, he graduated from a two-year meditation teacher training program taught by Tara Brach, author of Radical Acceptance. He leads three meditation groups in downtown Frederick MD and teaches occasional workshops, and well as offering one on one mentoring. Adam has experienced firsthand the healing power of meditation and wishes to share that experience with others.
